Changed Heart Towards Giving

I have seen these minister to my Dad in the area of giving. My Dad loves the Lord and has always shared his faith with others. I recently saw him give a few dollars and a card to a homeless man at a stop light. My Dad giving money to a panhandler is very out of character for him. God has softened his heart and now my Dad sees giving as an opportunity to minister in those situations.
